1. Copyright

  • Authors retain the copyright of their articles.
  • By submitting and publishing with JRITM, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the work.
  • Authors may reuse the content in future works, provided JRITM is cited as the original place of publication.

2. Licensing – Creative Commons

Articles published in JRITM are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this license, others are free to:

  • Share – copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt – remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

Provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and JRITM, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated.

3. How to Cite the License

A typical statement on published articles may read:

“This article is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).”

4. Third-Party Material

  • If an article contains material (e.g., figures, tables, images) not covered by the CC BY 4.0 license, this must be clearly indicated.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party content used in their work.

5. Publisher & Author Responsibilities

  • JRITM ensures that license information is clearly displayed on each article.
  • Authors should ensure that their work complies with the chosen license and that co-authors agree to its terms.
