Abstract


Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have revolutionized predictive analytics, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions that enhance growth. This paper explores the role of AI and ML in predictive analytics, focusing on key algorithms such as regression models, decision trees, and neural networks. We analyze how businesses leverage predictive analytics for customer behavior forecasting, inventory management, and financial planning. A case study on Amazon's AI-driven recommendation engine is included to illustrate real-world applications. Finally, we discuss challenges such as data quality, ethical concerns, and model interpretability, along with strategies to overcome these hurdles
