Agile project management has emerged as a transformative approach in software development, addressing the challenges of rapidly changing requirements, evolving customer needs, and the demand for faster time-to-market. This research paper delves into the multifaceted world of Agile project management in software development, aiming to provide a comprehensive overview of its principles, methodologies, and the impacts it has on project success.
